You love natural Sun Protection
The natural coconut candle is made from 100% soy wax. Soy candles are made from soybeans, a natural-, biodegradable- and renewable resource. Unfortunately, to grow soybeans, rainforests are still being cut down in a number of countries and the beans are often genetically engineered. For the We Love Coconut candles, we source the soy wax from the United States. Unfortunately in terms of transportation that’s quite far but we can be sure that it is grown in a sustainable way.
Soy wax has many advantages; for example, it contains no chemicals, is an environmentally friendly product and is biodegradable. In addition, the candle does not emit soot and soy wax and on average our candle also burns twice as long as normal candles. Our coconut candle burns for no less than 40 to 45 hours!
The coconut is a product from nature and therefore each one is unique. This gives our candles an atmospheric vibe! The candles are great for both indoors during the winter, and outdoors in the summer during BBQ or drinks. Each candle comes with a corresponding standard. The coconut candle also floats in water, great for a vase for example!
LONTJE
Het lontje is gemaakt van ongebleekt katoen wat zorgt voor een schone verbranding.
100% SOJAWAS
De sojawas wordt op duurzame wijze verbouwd. De sojawas wordt gesmolten, hierna wordt de geur erdoorheen gedaan en worden de kokosnoten handmatig ingeschonken.
TIP!
De kokosnoot wordt geleverd met bijbehorende standaard, maar je kunt de kokosnoot ook laten drijven in het water.
KOKOSNOOT
De kokosnoten zijn echte exemplaren uit Thailand.
Het voetje wordt uitgesneden van de bovenkant van de kokosnoot. Zo heb je één kokosnoot per exemplaar nodig.
TIP!
Laat de kaars de eerste keer minstens twee uur branden zodat de was aan alle kanten zoveel mogelijk naar de zijkant is. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de kaars mooi gelijk op brand.
TIP!
Wanneer de kokosnootkaars op is kun je deze hergebruiken door er bijvoorbeeld een plantje in te doen of deze te vullen met water of voer voor de vogels!
