TERMS & CONDITIONS – We Love The Planet B.V.

These are our terms and conditions. These, together with the references they contain, apply to every agreement that we, We Love The Planet B.V., conclude with you. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via [email protected] or by post: We Love The Planet B.V. Gooiland 35, 1948 RC Beverwijk. You can also reach us on our telephone number 0251-745292. We have the right to change these terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these general terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.

Article 1 – Products

We sell Aroma Diffusers, Candles, Deodorants, Personal Care and related products.

Article 2 – Registration

You must register to order a product. You must provide us with your personal information for this. You must fill in this personal information truthfully and keep it up to date. We protect your personal data well; see also our Privacy Statement on our website. It is advised to use a strong password for your account and never give your password to others. You are responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: if someone else places an order with us using your password).

Article 3 – Payments

The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You can pay in our webshop with Ideal.
The shipping costs are for your account.

Article 4 – Deliveries

We will deliver your product to the address you specified when placing the order. You can no longer change your address if we have already sent the package. DHL takes care of the distribution. We do our best to deliver your order within two working days. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of your order. In the unlikely event that this does not work, you can request us to (a) promptly refund the amount you paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value).

Article 5 – Return

You can always return the product within 14 days after you have received it. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected]. After you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 30 days. The costs for the return shipment are for your account. During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and the packaging with care. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep the product. Cosmetics can only be returned unused.

Article 6 – Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by using a product. This does not apply if that damage is caused by our intent, gross negligence or willful recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case not exceed the amount of the ordered and paid product.

Article 7 – Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or are managed by us with the permission of the rightful owner). Your use must not infringe this.

Article 8 – Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, we would like to hear about it. Send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as fully as possible) to [email protected]. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 working days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation of your complaint within 7 working days and we will let you know when we expect a substantive answer. If we are unable to resolve the complaint between ourselves, a dispute will arise that falls under the dispute settlement procedure.

Article 9 – Dispute settlement

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements that we conclude with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in the Northern Netherlands has jurisdiction.
